Delivery
We deliver across the UAE.
- Same day: Dubai (order by 3 PM), Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman (order by 1 PM).
- Next day: Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain (order by 10 PM).
Same-day orders placed after the cut-off arrive the next day.
Remote areas such as Hatta, Liwa and Ruwais: Thursdays and Sundays.
Free delivery on orders of AED 200 or more after discounts. Orders under AED 200: AED 30.
Payment
Pay by card online or by card to the courier on delivery.
Exchanges and returns
We exchange any item for another size or a different costume, free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and a courier will pick it up the next day.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
If the new costume costs more or less, you pay or get back the difference.
Refunds are for items that arrive damaged, faulty or not as shown. We replace them or refund you in full, including delivery.
We send refunds within 3 days of getting the item back. How soon the money reaches you depends on your bank.
You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
